By accepting these terms, you agree to the secure handling of your personal data, specifically the body scan data collected by the PHOTOtoFit App. This data will be used solely to create garments that fit your measurements. REGNA is committed to protecting your data privacy and will process your information in accordance with legal requirements, ensuring its security and confidentiality. Your personal data will not be shared with any third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or necessary to fulfill our service agreement.
You recognize that processing your personal data is essential for providing and managing the services we offer, including the production of custom-fit garments. You retain the rights to access, rectify, oppose, delete, port, and limit the processing of your personal data. These rights can be exercised by submitting a written request, along with an official identification document, to REGNA. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that REGNA is not liable for any damages resulting from the lawful processing of your data under GDPR guidelines. Should you have concerns about your data protection rights, you may file a complaint with the appropriate data protection authority.
The customer consents and accepts that REGNA may use the data collected on the REGNA server in an anonymized manner for research purposes and to improve the service. REGNA will not share this data with third parties. Additionally, users must be at least 16 years of age.
