From Concept to Custom Gear 

Select Product & Place Order

  • Browse our collection and select the item you want to customize. **Important:** Click the "Full Custom Graphic Design" option to add it to your cart for complete customization.
  • Complete your payment at checkout — this reserves your custom design slot and initiates your project.

Capture Measurements with PHOTOtoFIT™ AI

  • Download the PHOTOtoFIT™ AI app and log in with your order information to access your project in the Design Hub.
  • Follow the simple photo guide — our PHOTOtoFIT™ technology automatically calculates your exact measurements without manual measuring.


Personalize Your Design on Design Hub

Important: The Design Hub helps us understand your design requirements and logo placement. A designer will contact you to create a concept.

  • Open the Design Hub from PHOTOtoFIT™ AI and select your Full Custom Design product.
  • Customize every aspect: colors, patterns, logos, and more to create gear that matches both your style and performance requirements.
  • After our quality check and approval, your custom gear will be manufactured and delivered within 14 days.

From Concept to Custom Gear 

Create Your Profile

  • From the main screen of the REGNA App, select Team and enter your Team Code (if available).
  • Tap Create Order to start creating your personal profile.

Fill in Personal Information

  • Select the following details in order:
    Gender → Sport Type → Age → Height → Weight.
  • Once completed, tap continue.

Select Product & Chamois Pad

  • If you have a Team Code, you’ll see your team-exclusive designs.
  • If not, you’ll be shown the available REGNA designs.
  • Choose the chamois pad size that matches your race distance:
    • Long Pad (Long Distance): longer pad suitable for long-distance races such as IRONMAN / Half IRONMAN.
    • Short Pad (Short Distance): shorter pad ideal for short-distance races such as Sprint / Olympic.
  • Tap continue to proceed.

Customize Your Design

  • In the Customize section, you can:
    • Add your name (text) or team logo to personalize your suit.
    • Preview your design in 3D before production.
  • Once satisfied, tap Submit to confirm your design.

Finalize & Complete Your Order (PHOTOtoFIT & Checkout)

  • After submitting your design, the app will guide you to the PHOTOtoFIT step.
  • Take two photos following the on-screen instructions to capture your body measurements automatically.
  • REGNA will tailor your suit based on your personal fit.
  • Proceed to checkout to confirm your order.
  • Your customized suit will be produced and delivered within 14 days after payment.

From Concept to Custom Gear 

Create Order

  • From the main screen of the PHOTOtoFIT™ app, select Team and enter your Team Code (if available).
  • Tap Create Order to start creating your personal profile.

Create Profile

  • Complete your profile (Gender → Sport Type → Age → Height → Weight), then tap Next to continue.

    • The app will take you to the Select Collection screen.
    • Here, the screen displays collections with various designs.
    • Tap on the collection you want to view the products inside.
    •  Note:
      • If you have a Team Code, you will only see your team's exclusive collections.

Select Product

  • If you have a Team Code, you’ll see your team-exclusive designs.
  • If not, you’ll be shown the available REGNA designs.
  • Choose the chamois pad size that matches your race distance:
    • Long Pad (Long Distance): A longer pad suitable for long-distance races such as IRONMAN / Half IRONMAN.
    • Short Pad (Short Distance): A shorter pad ideal for short-distance races such as Sprint / Olympic.
  • Tap Next to proceed.

Custom Design

  • In the Customize section, you can:

    • Preview your design in 3D before production.
  • Once satisfied, tap Submit to confirm your design.

Custom Fit

  • After submitting your design, the app will guide you to the PHOTOtoFIT step.
  • Take two photos following the on-screen instructions to capture your body measurements automatically.
  • REGNA will tailor your suit based on your personalized measurements.
  • Then tap Submit to continue.

  • Your Data, Protected:

    • We only use your data to create your perfect fit–never shared, always secure.
    • Your photos will only be used to take accurate body measurements. They'll be securely stored.

Checkout

  • Enter your shipping address.

  • The shipping carrier will be selected automatically based on your address:

    • Viettel Post for domestic orders

    • UPS for international orders

  • Review your order details, including design, measurements, and shipping address.

  • Apply a coupon code if available.

  • Select a payment method based on your device:

    • Google Pay & Apple Pay on iOS

    • Google Pay on Android

  • Tap “Place Order” to complete your purchase and receive order confirmation via email.

  • Your custom suit will be manufactured and delivered within 14 business days after payment confirmation.
